Shipping Policies

If you have a question regarding your order, please email us stating your order number. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INQUIRIES (USA): 

  • Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order (unless it is a swimsuit, towel, phone case or pre-ordered item). Once we ship your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

  • Our swimsuits, towels and phone cases ship separately from the rest of the items in our shop. They are made to order and take longer to process (anywhere from 2-10 days.) 
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for any concerns regarding these matters.

  • We can not change the address of your package once it has been mailed out. Please make sure you review your order thoroughly before submitting.

  • If a package has been sent back to our office due to USPS claiming it is an insufficient address at the customers fault, they are required to pay the shipping cost in order for us to reship the package. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INQUIRES:

  • We ship worldwide. 
  • Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order. Once we ship your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.
  • Our swimsuits, towels and phone cases ship separately from the rest of the items in our shop. They are made to order and take longer to process (anywhere from 2-10 days.) 
  • We are not responsible for any customs/duty tax. This is at the customers expense. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for any concerns regarding these matters.

  • Shipping times can vary from 7-30 days after your package leaves our office. 

  • We can not change the address of your package once it has been mailed out. Please make sure you review your order thoroughly before submitting.

  • If a package has been sent back to our office due to USPS claiming it is an insufficient address at the customers fault, they are required to pay the shipping cost in order for us to reship the package. 

  • Please be aware that if you do not pay your customs/duty tax, your package will automatically be sent back to us. Customers are required to pay the shipping cost in order for us to re-ship the package.

 

PREORDERS: 

  • When an item is up for preorder, we do not currently have it in stock. The items are in the process of being produced and delivered to our office. If you preorder an item, it will be shipped out once we receive our delivery. The date upon which your item will be shipped out is always in the product description - so please read it carefully!
  • If you purchase an in stock item and a preordered item, your order will ship out when the preorders have arrived at our office. We do not break up your order and ship out items separately
